ROBERT A. CHAISSON, Judge. bln this action, Angela Harrison has sued her homeowners’ insurer, Teachers Insurance Company (“Teachers”), for claims arising from Hurricane Katrina. Ms. Harrison appeals from a judgment of the trial court sustaining Teachers’ exception of prescription. For the following reasons, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the matter for further proceedings. FACTS
