Per Curiam. {¶ 1} This is an expedited election action for a writ of prohibition to prevent respondent, Mahoning County Board of Elections, from placing David P. Aey’s name on the ballot as a candidate for the office of Mahoning County Sheriff in the March 4, 2008 Democratic Party primary election.
