THOMAS, Judge. Dorrian D. Johnson (“the employee”) appeals from the Autauga Circuit Court’s judgment in his workers’ compensation action against Lowe’s Home Centers, Inc. (“the employer”). On December 10, 2010, the circuit court determined that the employee’s injury was not compensable under the Workers’ Compensation Act (“the Act”), codified at § 25-5-1 et seq., Ala.Code 1975.
