SEYMOUR, Circuit Judge. Defendant Jesus Gandara-Salinas was charged with possession of 50 kilograms or more of marijuana with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 841(b)(1)(c). The government appeals the district court’s suppression of evidence from the immigration stop and search. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
