MEMORANDUM OPINION Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice This is an appeal from the trial court’s granting of appellee’s motion for summary judgment on all of appellant’s claims and a judgment granting appellee’s motion to enforce. We reverse a portion of the trial court’s judgment imposing an equitable lien for attorney’s fees and affirm in all other respects. BACKGROUND
