OPINION KENNEDY, Justice. Appellant was convicted of aggravated sexual assault and sentenced to a fine of $10,000. and imprisonment for life. The indictment alleges three counts which, in order, allege penetration of the anus, female sexual organ, and the mouth of the victim. The court charged the jury on the latter two counts of the indictment. The jury found Appellant guilty on both charged counts.
