Before the Court are the motions to dismiss filed by defendants Carlos Molina-Rodriguez (“Molina”) and Sonia Rios (“Rios”), (collectively, “defendants”) (Docket Nos. 6 & 9), and the plaintiffs’ opposition (Docket No. 10). For the reasons set forth below, defendants’ motions to dismiss are GRANTED. DISCUSSION
