Carlisle, 556 U.S. 624, 129 S.Ct. 1896, 173 L.Ed.2d 832 (2009), the Supreme Court clarified that state law, not federal law, governs whether a nonparty can enforce an arbitration clause against a party, but I doubt the conclusion of the majority that, under
