OPINION GOULD, Judge. ¶ 1 Leonel Martinez appeals his conviction and resulting sentence imposed for one count of unlawful flight. Martinez argues that there was insufficient evidence to support the jury’s verdict and that he was denied due process and a fair trial by the improper admission of opinion testimony regarding his truthfulness. For the following reasons, we affirm. Factual
