DENNIS, Circuit Judge: This direct criminal appeal arises from the conviction following jury trial of Appellants Ruben Gallardo, David Hernandez, and Luis Quintero for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846, 841(a)(1). For the reasons assigned, we affirm the convictions and sentences of the Appellants.
