Andover Healthcare, Inc., appeals an order of the district court 1 denying And-over’s petition under 28 U.S.C. § 1782 for discovery to be used in a patent-infringement suit in Germany. We conclude that the district court did not abuse its discretion, and we therefore affirm the order.
